The Problem

COCOSOLIS experienced tremendous success in its early years, quickly becoming a recognized name in the natural skincare and tanning industry. The brand expanded rapidly, selling its products in over 20 countries and generating seven-figure revenue across multiple marketing channels. With a strong product line and a loyal customer base, COCOSOLIS set its sights on scaling even further, aiming to build on this momentum and solidify its position as a global leader in the beauty market.

However, as the brand aimed to expand further, it encountered several challenges. Despite their early achievements, COCOSOLIS found it difficult to sustain consistent and scalable growth. The company partnered with multiple agencies and even built an in-house marketing team, but they struggled to hit their ambitious revenue targets.

The Solution

The first step we took after partnering with COCOSOLIS was to develop a comprehensive sales funnel based on a deep analysis of their existing customer behavior. We knew that understanding their loyal customer base would be key to unlocking growth.

In the highly competitive cosmetics market, creating a distinctive brand image was essential. Our goal was to generate higher consumer interest and stand out against the established brands that customers had grown accustomed to over the years.

What surprised us the most during our analysis was the underutilization of one of the highest ROI-generating marketing channels—email marketing. This is one of the most effective ways to monetize loyal customers who already love and trust the brand.

We immediately implemented advanced email marketing automations, including cart abandonment, browse abandonment, and win-back series. In addition, we developed a structured newsletter plan to engage customers and drive more sales.

After seeing outstanding results within the first month, we implemented a comprehensive A/B testing strategy for the email marketing channel. Our goal was to ensure that every aspect of the campaign was fully optimized to maximize ROI.

COCOSOLIS had a lot of user-generated content (UGC) from its engaged audience, particularly on social media. However, we couldn’t capitalize on this immediately, as our partnership began during the winter season and their best-selling products are for the summer.

Traditionally, the brand would go into a slower "hibernation mode" during this period, launching fewer ads while preparing for the summer season.

Despite this, we saw an opportunity to focus on their year-round skincare products, such as the anti-cellulite and stretch mark oils.

However, even with these efforts, the return on ad spend (ROAS) wasn’t where it needed to be, and the business was facing financial strain. From our experience, we knew that relying solely on seasonal sales wasn’t sustainable.

COCOSOLIS tasked us with improving their off-season performance, something no previous agency had managed to do profitably. While our initial agreement was focused on scaling the brand during the summer months, we embraced the challenge of turning around the off-season as well.

Just as we began gaining momentum with new landing pages, offers, and ad angles, the world came to a standstill due to the pandemic. But instead of seeing it as a setback, we identified a huge opportunity.

We crafted new high-converting ads and launched them right away. The response was incredible — customers loved them and we hyper-accelerated their growth even in countries which never performed well.

In just three months, from March to May, we sold out nearly all of COCOSOLIS’ products!

Ultimately, we helped COCOSOLIS achieve its biggest milestone to date. Not only did the business hit 8-figure revenue for the first time, but we also generated more revenue in a few months than the past four years combined.

Since the start of our partnership, COCOSOLIS has expanded into six new countries and launched seven new products, positioning the brand for even greater success in the future.
